BPS TO SHOWCASE HERB & SPICE EXPERTISE (09/01/06)

- BPS exhibiting Millstone & Gordon's on stand 2230 at Hotelympia -

Leading UK herb and spice producer, British Pepper & Spice (BPS), will be showcasing both its Millstone brand together with a range of newly acquired Gordons fine foods products at this years 'Hotelympia' exhibition.

The combination of the stand with BPS' sponsorship of the Le Salon Culinaire Millstone ethnic cookery class, will ensure that the company's presence will be highly visible to all visitors to the show.

Operating in both the foodservice and retail arenas, BPS is one of the UK's largest suppliers of herbs and spices with Hotelympia providing the perfect platform to demonstrate the company's expertise.

Visitors can expect to see a stand packed with quality products including peppers, spices, herbs, grinders, curry powders and many other interesting and exotic seasonings from the Millstone brand. Also on show will be a wide range of hand prepared speciality mustards, sauces, savoury jellies, chutneys, which combine delicious flavours with attractive, contemporary packaging from Gordon's fine foods.

Monday 20th February will see the Le Salon Culinaire Millstone Ethnic cookery class in the live theatre where budding chefs will compete in demonstrating their skills by creating various cuisines from around the globe using Millstone products in an attempt to take this year's gold award.
